Who We Are Looking For

A passionate, energetic Territory Sales Officer who knows the Tenkasi market and loves building business relationships. If you’re target-driven and experienced in FMCG sales — this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

✔ Handle daily sales operations in Tenkasi & nearby areas
✔ Build and manage strong relationships with distributors, retailers & stockists✔ Ensure product visibility, availability & placement in all key outlets
✔ Lead & motivate a team of Field Sales Executives✔ Take sales orders, follow up on payments & coordinate with distribution✔ Conduct regular market visits and competitor tracking✔ Share daily/weekly reports with the Sales Head✔ Ensure merchandising standards, stock rotation & customer satisfaction

✅ What You Need

• 3–5 years of FMCG field sales experience (mandatory)
• Must be from Tenkasi or nearby districts
• Strong local area knowledge & retailer network
• Willing to travel across the region
• Confident, self-motivated & result-driven
• Basic mobile/Excel reporting skills
