Territory Sales Officer

Role Overview: India Foods Business is seeking a Territory Sales Officer to join the Bakery & Foodservice department. As a Territory Sales Officer, your main responsibility will be to promote concept selling through premixes to bakeries and other outlets. You will be required to identify customers, demonstrate products, and explain consistency and convenience to drive sales. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets for the assigned area, including value/volume objectives and distribution targets. - Call on nominated customers in accordance with the agreed work state and cost-effective journey plan. - Prepare a monthly plan for specified customers to achieve volume targets by product group, extend product distribution, and increase volume sales. - Ensure compliance with the Company's credit policy regarding receivables. - Utilize computer systems to understand the importance of major territory outlets by product group and organize an effective admin system. - Develop knowledge of the B&FS market, arrange and implement demonstrations/exhibitions, and ensure the implementation of agreed promotions.
