Territory Sales Officer

As a Territory Sales Officer in the Bakery & Foodservice Department, your role involves promoting concept selling through premixes to bakeries and other outlets. Your main goal will be to identify customers, demonstrate products, and emphasize the consistency and convenience they offer. Key Responsibilities: - Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets for your designated area - Meeting value/volume objectives and distribution targets - Adhering to sales policies and strategies - Visiting nominated customers regularly with a cost-effective journey plan - Creating a monthly plan for specified customers to meet volume targets by product group - Expanding the distribution and usage of Bakery & Foodservice products in potential customers - Monitoring and evaluating accounts to ensure compliance with credit policy - Utilizing computer systems to understand the significance of major territory outlets by product group - Maintaining an efficient administrative system including Customer Record cards, Daily call reports, expenses, and work plans - Organizing and conducting demonstrations/exhibitions to maximize business opportunities in the Bakery & Foodservice sector Qualifications Required: - MBA in Sales & Marketing - 1 to 2+ years of relevant experience - Knowledge of the food/catering/baking industry, the territory to be covered, and the local language - Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Problem-solving abilities - Team player with a results-oriented mindset and innovative drive If you possess the qualifications and skills mentioned above, along with a knack for tackling challenges, you are an ideal candidate for this position.,
