Key ResponsibilitiesAppoint, manage, and strengthen distributor and retail networks in the assigned territory Drive primary & secondary sales to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly targets Ensure proper product placement, visibility & availability across retail stores Execute branding activities, in-store promotions, sampling & merchandising Track competitor activities and provide timely market insights Submit daily reporting including beat plan, outlet coverage & sales insights Candidate Requirements5–10 years of experience in FMCG field sales (beverages preferred) Strong knowledge of distribution management & channel sales operations Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field-based work Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills Willingness to travel extensively within the territory Compensation & BenefitsSalary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience) Performance Incentives: Attractive monthly/quarterly incentives Growth Opportunities: Fast career progression in a rapidly expanding FMCG brand Industry Exposure: Work in the high-potential health & wellness beverage segment Work Culture: Supportive, dynamic, and growth-oriented environment
