Manage and grow primary & secondary sales in the assigned territory Appoint, develop, and manage dealers and distributors Ensure target achievement as per monthly and annual plans Conduct market mapping and identify new business opportunities Monitor and improve market coverage and product availability Implement promotional schemes, pricing strategies, and product launches Handle institutional and project sales, if required Collect market feedback and analyze competitor activities Ensure timely payment collection and control outstanding balances Train, guide, and motivate the field sales team Maintain daily sales reports, MIS, and CRM updates
