Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven TSM/ABM to manage and expand UnivLabs' presence in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing distributor/channel relationships, engaging healthcare professionals, and ensuring consistent market growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement sales activities to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goals for the assigned area / territory.
• Support Regional Sales Business Manager to promote products to individual doctors & hospitals in assigned regions.
• Reach out to identify new business opportunities by means of tender & government businesses.
• Ensure efficient use of the company's demo units in the territory.
• Collaborate & cooperate with ABM / ZSM as & when required.
• Retain key accounts & explore new accounts/business opportunities to build customer pool
• Identify, develop & manage different channels of business (distributors & direct sales) in the area.
• Provide solutions to customers to meet their specifications on the basis of techno-commercial discussions.
• Upgrade existing customers to newer technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields. MBA is a plus.
• 3–7 years of proven sales experience in medical devices, diagnostics, pharma, or healthcare industry/MBA Fresher
• Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and hospital/clinical workflows.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
• Must have experience in Medical Devices Sales.
