Achieving the Revenue Plans
Appoint & Manage Distributors + Area distributors at Tirunelveli, Tuticorin, Tenkasi, Nagarkoil Districts
Expand retail coverage and drive secondary sales
Lead and motivate SO & TSE teams
Execute market visibility, schemes & activations
Track competitor activity and report insights
Travel 4 days in a week

Requirements

Minimum 5 years FMCG sales experience (TSM/ASM preferred)
Strong distribution & team-handling experience
Proven target achievement
