Job overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth and strengthen customer relationships within the assigned region. The role focuses on converting leads into closures, promoting recurring consumable sales, and ensuring long-term client retention. You will be responsible for conducting product demos, negotiating proposals, and acting as the primary customer touchpoint during the onboarding phase.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years’ sales experience in FMCG / Telecom / Beverages / Hospitality.
  • Strong closing mindset – must love being on the field, doing demos, and chasing deals.
  • Exposure to HoReCa, corporates, or B2B sales is a plus.
  • Aggressive, persuasive, and target-driven personality.
  • Should be comfortable with both relationship management + repeat consumable push..
