About the Role

Crocotile, a fast-growing roofing solutions brand headquartered in Calicut, is hiring a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) for Southern Kerala. The TSM will drive B2B (dealers, distributors, retailers, fabricators, contractors, freelancers) and B2C (direct customers) sales in the region, with a strong focus on network building, revenue growth, and disciplined reporting.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

• Dealer Development: Identify, onboard, and manage dealers in Southern Kerala.
• Freelancer Network: Develop and manage freelancers to generate consistent leads.
• Retailer & Fabricator Engagement: Build strong relationships to expand product reach.
• Direct Sales (B2C): Handle assigned leads and generate new ones through market visits/contractors.
• Payment Collection: Ensure timely collections and credit control.
• Reporting: Submit accurate daily/weekly sales and collection reports.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of new dealers, freelancers, and retailers onboarded.
• Monthly/quarterly sales target achievement.
• Lead conversion rate (assigned & self-generated).
• Market coverage and penetration (% of key towns/markets visited).
• On-time payment collections (%).
• Accuracy and timeliness of reporting.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in the roofing/building materials industry.
• Strong understanding of the Southern Kerala roofing market.
• Ability to build and maintain strong dealer, retailer, and fabricator networks.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the territory.
• Fluency in Malayalam (mandatory) and English; Hindi is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills.
