Job Description

You have a great opportunity to join Cressa Gadgets Pvt Ltd (Dept. B2B and QC checking) as a TSM. Your role will involve working in Bangalore, Chennai, or Hyderabad. To excel in this position, you should have 2-3 years of experience in the Telecom industry with a strong exposure to QC Knowledge and B2B Sales. Your responsibilities will include onboarding fresh and open box mobile dealers to the marketplace, building and managing dealer networks, driving B2B and channel sales, leading and motivating on-ground vendors, and achieving monthly targets. Key Responsibilities: - Build and manage dealers networks - Drive B2B, channel sales, and QC stock - Lead and motivate on-ground vendors - Deliver growth and achieve monthly targets Qualifications Required: - 2-3 years of experience in the Telecom industry - Strong exposure to QC Knowledge and B2B Sales - Established market networks and relationships This is a full-time position with benefits such as a flexible schedule and life insurance.
