Job Description – Territory Sales Manager (Southern Kerala) Brand: Crocotile Industry: Building Materials / Roofing Solutions Products: Premium Roofing Shingles & Stone-Coated Roofing Sheets Head Office: Calicut, Kerala Location Hiring For: Southern Kerala Type: Full-Time About the Role Crocotile, a fast-growing roofing solutions brand headquartered in Calicut, is hiring a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) for Southern Kerala . The TSM will drive B2B (dealers, distributors, retailers, fabricators, contractors, freelancers) and B2C (direct customers) sales in the region, with a strong focus on network building, revenue growth, and disciplined reporting. Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) Dealer Development: Identify, onboard, and manage dealers in Southern Kerala. Freelancer Network: Develop and manage freelancers to generate consistent leads. Retailer & Fabricator Engagement: Build strong relationships to expand product reach. Direct Sales (B2C): Handle assigned leads and generate new ones through market visits/contractors. Payment Collection: Ensure timely collections and credit control. Reporting: Submit accurate daily/weekly sales and collection reports. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of new dealers, freelancers, and retailers onboarded. Monthly/quarterly sales target achievement. Lead conversion rate (assigned & self-generated). Market coverage and penetration (% of key towns/markets visited). On-time payment collections (%). Accuracy and timeliness of reporting. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in the roofing/building materials industry. Strong understanding of the Southern Kerala roofing market. Ability to build and maintain strong dealer, retailer, and fabricator networks. Willingness to travel extensively across the territory. Fluency in Malayalam (mandatory) and English; Hindi is a plus.
