Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager, located in Deoghar. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations within the assigned territory, providing exceptional customer service, training and mentoring sales staff, and achieving sales targets. The role involves regular interaction with customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the manager will develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth.

• Ability to work independently and on-site
• Familiarity with the men's ethnic wear market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
