Drive the entire franchise sales process from lead generation, qualification, presentations, and negotiations, to closing deals. Conduct franchise presentations, meetings, and discovery days to educate prospective franchisees about the brand, business model, and opportunities. Develop a pipeline of qualified franchisee prospects and manage the sales funnel efficiently. Territory Management: Manage and grow the franchise network within the assigned geographic region. Develop and execute territory sales strategies to increase brand presence and franchisee openings. Conduct regular visits to potential and existing franchisees to provide support, guidance, and training. Relationship Building & Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective franchisees. Act as the key point of contact for franchisees throughout the sales process and beyond, offering exceptional customer service and post-sale support. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility and generate new leads. Market Research & Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and areas for growth within the region. Provide feedback on customer needs, competitor activities, and market conditions to the senior sales team and marketing department. Maintain a thorough understanding of the franchise industry and the companys competitive advantages. Sales Performance & Reporting: Set and meet sales targets, ensuring consistent growth in franchise openings within the territory. Track sales performance and key metrics, providing regular updates and reports to the management team. Utilize CRM systems to track sales activity, lead progress, and franchisee communication. Support and Training: Collaborate with the franchise operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and training of new franchisees. Provide initial and ongoing support to franchisees to help them meet business goals and drive profitability. Ensure franchisees adhere to brand standards and company policies post-sale.
