Territory Sales Manager

The Frontline Sales Associate plays a crucial role as the primary point of contact for channel partners in the replacement sales vertical. Your main objective will be to achieve the agreed sales and profitability targets within your assigned sales area by both acquiring new business and fostering growth from existing customers. It is essential to handle challenges effectively, overcome obstacles, and uphold the brand image. Your responsibilities will include providing the necessary level of contact, service, and support to ensure the achievement of sales targets. You will be tasked with planning, executing, and documenting sales activities within your designated sales area. As an expert in the features and benefits of available products/services, you will assist channel partners in resolving any issues that may arise. You must have a deep understanding of company policies, procedures related to personal conduct, and HSE standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations. Identifying and cultivating new customers in alignment with business development plans/targets will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, addressing existing or potential problems, and communicating the necessary sales support requirements to line managers. Regular monitoring of sales performance against set targets is vital to ensure objectives are met. Should any discrepancies be identified, you will need to report them promptly and implement corrective actions as needed. Providing periodic progress reports and offering recommendations for enhancing market approaches will also be expected of you.
