Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

New Car Sales

  • Achieve model-wise sales volume targets.
  • Generate enquiries via events, dealer ads, and digital promotions.
  • Monitor enquiry sources and improve conversion ratios.
  • Track competition growth and marketing strategies.
  • Drive MSIL market share in the territory (segment-wise and product-wise).
  • Support ATL/BTL brand & marketing activities with weekly PDCA reviews.
  • Ensure manpower productivity, dealership hygiene factors (training, test drives).
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly sales projections (dealer-wise/model-wise).
  • Manage pipeline and conduct weekly target reviews to identify gaps. Dealer Management
  • Monitor dealer sales performance and profitability.
  • Guide dealerships in growth planning, infrastructure, and fund utilization.
  • Conduct sales roadshows and monthly reviews with Dealer Sales GMs. • Recruit, train, and motivate dealer staff to achieve performance standards.
  • Plan POS forecasting and coordinate with finance for claim settlements.
  • Ensure adherence to infringement policies to improve dealer retention. • Coordinate with logistics for timely billing and dispatches.
  • Ensure timely claim submissions and follow-ups for quick settlements. Sales Support Activities
  • Oversee M-Insurance, M-Finance, True Value, and MGA sales.
  • Facilitate extended warranty, auto-card, and exchange sales.
  • Monitor SSI parameters (vehicle delivery process, response quality).
  • Ensure smooth customer interactions, financing options, and complaint resolution.
  • Track customer satisfaction indices (CDI). MSIL Policies & Procedures • Ensure adherence to MSIL sales operation standards.
  • Coordinate DMS and conduct BSC audits.
  • Monitor financial audits and working capital requirements.
  • Implement SOPs to improve dealer systems and processes. • Work within assigned budgets. Market Intelligence
  • Capture customer feedback on products and services.
  • Track competition activities, sales trends, consumer schemes, and dealer incentives.
