As a Territory Manager - within the Farm Division, your role will involve strategically positioning new agricultural equipment in a thriving market. Your responsibilities will include identifying prime locations for establishing distributor networks to drive market development based on performance analysis and upcoming opportunities. You will be tasked with maintaining a predetermined share of yearly revenue through the distributor channel, understanding and addressing the needs of distributors, and creating sales incentives to boost sales volumes.
You will play a crucial role in evaluating markets for targeted sales promotions, fostering strong relationships with key distributors, and guiding them to expand their retail networks. Collaboration with financiers to develop financial schemes, working closely with Zonal and State teams, and monitoring distributor volumes through structured review processes will be integral to your success in this role. Additionally, you will be instrumental in exploring government business opportunities and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely product availability.
