Job Description

Role & responsibilities Working with Steam engineering products where incumbent with the background of Steam Engineering Product/Boilers/Heaters is suitable. Ensure Market coverage across geographies & industrial segments to analyze key market trends. Monitor lead generation to ensure sufficient enquiry pipeline for achieving sales target. Understanding the customer needs & identifying opportunities at existing plants for upgrades & improvements. Concept selling & drive new product /application sales. Develop and generate business through identified OEMs / Key Accounts / Channel Associates/ Consultants to get additional business. Preferred candidate profile B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering Proven experience in selling boilers, heaters, burners, or energy solutions Strong understanding of thermal systems and industrial utilities Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region Exposure to CRM tools and basic commercial understanding (taxes, terms, LC, etc.)
