Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sitapur for a Territory Sales Manager. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations within the assigned territory, developing and executing sales strategies, and maintaining customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales visits, providing expert product knowledge, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering excellent customer service. The role also involves training and supporting the sales team to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Proficiency in Sales, Sales Management, and identifying sales opportunities
Experience in training and supporting sales teams
Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Previous experience in the LED lighting industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
