Territory Sales Manager - Lubricants

An opportunity to lead the frontline of Wieser Petroleum business in the lubricants market, taking charge of an entire territory to increase Customer Market Share and Revenue Market Share. Execute the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy through our extensive distribution network to drive sales of Wieser Lubricants in the automotive, industrial, and heavy machinery sectors.

Key Deliverables

• Expand the distribution and sales network by increasing the number of lubricant-selling outlets to maximise market coverage in the assigned territory. Ensure existing customers receive exceptional service and support.
• Analyse market demographics and develop targeted sales strategies to address diverse customer segments, including automotive and industrial clients.
• Drive key distribution metrics such as channel profitability and partner satisfaction to strengthen the network.
• Build and maintain active relationship management programs through consistent engagement with distributors, retailers, and field sales executives (FSEs).
• Enhance value for partners (distributors, retailers, and FSEs) through effective marketing, merchandising, and product training initiatives.
• Develop timely Market Intelligence reports to track changing customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor performance.
• Collaborate with the production and quality teams to ensure product availability and alignment with market needs.
