Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Territory Sales Manager role based in Namakkal. The Territory Sales Manager will oversee the execution of sales strategies, manage and expand relationships with transport partners, and ensure business growth in the respective territory. Key responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, conducting training sessions for clients, analyzing market trends, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders within the territory, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to develop and execute strategies for achieving sales goals.
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients, partners, and team members.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service to ensure superior client satisfaction and address stakeholder needs efficiently.
  • Experience in Training and leading teams or partners to enhance business performance.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and implement strategic plans for territory growth.
  • Proactive attitude, problem-solving capabilities, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in logistics, transport, or related industries is an advantage.
