Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager based in Dibrugarh East. The Territory Sales Manager will oversee and manage the sales operations within the assigned territory. Day-to-day responsibilities include driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, supporting and training sales teams, and optimizing overall sales performance to meet organizational goals. The role involves collaborating with local merchants and stakeholders to enhance Fino Payments Bank’s outreach and connectivity within the region.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management to drive performance and meet targets.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service capabilities to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Training and mentoring sales teams to optimize their effectiveness and productivity.
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in the financial or banking sector is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
