Job Summary

Territory Sales Manager (TSM)

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Execution

  : Achieve monthly sales targets through strong market presence and customer engagement.

• Retail Network Expansion

  : Onboard new retailers and maintain relationships with existing outlets across Mumbai.

• Distributor Coordination

  : Work closely with distributors for stock availability, order flow, payments, and schemes.

• Market Coverage

  : Ensure regular market visits and beat planning for area coverage.

• Retail Branding

  : Oversee in-store visibility, POSM usage, and ensure Dacs Smart TVs are prominently displayed.

• Training & Support

  : Provide basic product training to retail staff and resolve customer queries if needed.

• Reporting

  : Maintain accurate records of sales, daily visits, dealer performance, and submit reports on time.

• Promoter Management

  (Optional): Support and guide in-store sales promoters if deployed in the region.

Eligibility & Skills

• Any graduate (Bachelor’s degree required)
• 0–5 years of sales experience (Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply)
• Interest in electronics or consumer durables is a plus
• Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with field work and travel within the assigned area
• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented

Compensation:

Fixed salary + Monthly Incentives + Travel Allowance
