About DACS

DACS is a fast-growing Indian consumer electronics brand offering Smart TVs, Air Conditioners, Washing Machines, and Soundbars. We are expanding rapidly across Tier 2/3 cities and strengthening our national distribution network.

As an HR Recruiter, you will play a key role in hiring the right talent to support our growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments (Sales, Service, Operations, R&D, Warehouse, etc.).
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Screen candidates and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical roles.

2. Selection & Hiring

  • Conduct HR rounds and evaluate candidate fit based on skills, communication, and cultural alignment.
  • Prepare job offers, negotiate compensation, and complete hiring documentation.
  • Coordinate background checks and reference verifications.

3. Onboarding Support

  • Assist with joining formalities and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Coordinate with Admin/IT for induction, ID cards, and system access.

4. Recruitment Operations

  • Maintain recruitment trackers and weekly hiring reports.
  • Work closely with the HR Manager to understand manpower planning.
  • Improve the hiring process and reduce the time-to-fill for open roles.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA in HR (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in consumer electronics, FMCG, or retail hiring).

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of job portals like Naukri, Shine, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions at once.
  • Basic understanding of HR policies and documentation.
  • Self-driven and target-oriented approach.
