Territory Sales Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for cascading monthly dealer targets and monitoring target achievement. Your role will involve participating in enquiry/prospect generation activities, customer events, and meetings to enhance sales volumes for assigned dealers within the area's sales strategy and CNH guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Cascade the monthly volumes into daily volumes by models and variants for the dealer - Track volume sales on a daily basis - Provide inputs to dealers to enhance daily sales through activities like plant visits, meetings with bank representatives, trainings, and promotional activities - Monitor the working capital fund rotation per dealer daily through the Advance Delivery (ADS) tracking tool - Influence the crediting bank for faster rotation of funds - Follow up with dealers for additional fund requirements during seasonal periods - Receive billing requirements from dealers and share them on a consolidated basis with the Area Manager - Follow up with dealers for completion of required documentation for timely submission to HO to minimize financial issues and enhance sales Qualifications Required: - Minimum 10-15 years of experience with at least 2 years in tractor sales - B.Tech in Agriculture Engineering or Mechanical Engineering preferred Additional Company Details: CNH Industrial offers dynamic career opportunities across an international landscape.
