Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Officer to drive unsecured business loan sales in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and managing small business customers through open market activities and channel relationships. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Sourcing: Identify and acquire potential customers for unsecured business loans (₹75,000 – ₹3,00,000) through open market, references, and merchant network. Generate leads through visits to retailers, distributors, wholesalers, service providers, etc. Maintain daily activity report (leads generated, visits done, and loans disbursed). 2. Relationship Management: Build strong relations with existing and new customers for repeat business. Coordinate with backend / credit / operations team for smooth loan processing and disbursement. Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt service and transparency. 3. Target Achievement: Achieve assigned monthly disbursement & login targets. Ensure quality sourcing as per credit policy and zero tolerance on fraud. 4. Market Intelligence: Keep track of competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. Suggest local level promotional activities to boost sourcing. 5. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure complete KYC and documentation as per RBI and company norms. Adhere to all audit and compliance guidelines.
