Identify and appoint Super Stockists, Distributors, and retailers to expand the company's reach in the market. - Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive sales and maximize revenue - Train and motivate sales teams to effectively promote and sell Doogee Mobile phones, Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth,. - Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field. Proven track record in channel sales and appointment of Super Stockists and distributors. Distributors, and retailers. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
