About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth for our Wood Adhesive & White Glue product range in the Delhi territory. This role involves leading a sales team, managing key accounts, expanding market reach, and ensuring distributor/channel management to deliver business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
Achieve primary & secondary sales targets for Wood Adhesive & White Glue products.
Drive product-wise & territory-wise growth.
Ensure strong distributor performance as per company policy.
Implement schemes and sales strategies to counter competition.
2. Key Account Management
Identify and manage key retailers, contractors, and carpentry-related influencers.
Ensure visibility, availability, and counter share of adhesive products in key outlets.
3. Market Development
Explore new market opportunities in coordination with the field marketing team.
Activate influencers and contractors through BDM/ABDM support.
Build strong relationships with contractors, builders, carpenters & architects.
4. Team Management
Coach, train, and monitor Sales Officers (minimum 3 days per month per SO).
Drive performance culture and ensure compliance with processes.
Recommend hiring and ensure smooth induction of new team members.
5. New Product Launch & Business Initiatives
Ensure 100% execution of new product launches.
Provide structured feedback to product/category teams on quality, packaging, pricing & competition activity.
6. Inventory & Process Management
Ensure proper inventory control and receivables management.
Ensure adoption of digital tools — DMS, Order Management, Retailer App.
