The Role As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the greenfield development of your territory for our high performance waterproofing and flooring products. This will include establishing customer connections, marketing & sales, supply & execution and payments. Your Responsibilities: Oversee and manage waterproofing and flooring projects from initiation to completion. Strong understanding of Mumbai / Pune's geography, including key market players, consultants, and premium applicators. Build and maintain relationships with consultants, premium applicators, and contractors to drive project success. Ensure adherence to industry standards and project specifications. Work closely under the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to align project execution with regional business objectives. Willing to travel across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Goa and be available for emergency travel as required. Maintain project records, progress reports, and coordinate with the internal team for seamless execution.
