Position: Territory Sales Manager (SME) Company: Royal Sundaram General Insurance Location: Lucknow Experience: Minimum 3 Years CTC: 5 to 9 LPA About the Role: We are hiring a Territory Sales Manager - SME to lead and grow our SME business in Lucknow. The role requires strong experience in General Insurance, preferably from a broker background. The candidate should have good knowledge of SME products and understand the local insurance market well. Key Responsibilities: Build and manage strong relationships with brokers to generate SME business. Drive sales and ensure business targets are met consistently Promote SME insurance products and explain their value to customers and partners Stay updated with local market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Work closely with underwriting, operations, and claims teams to ensure smooth service. Guide and support sales partners to improve performance. What We're Looking For: Minimum 3 years of experience in the General Insurance industry. Preference for candidates with a broker background. Good understanding of SME insurance products. Strong knowledge of the local market and customer base in Lucknow. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of results. Why Join Us?
