Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Territory Sales Executive to drive sales growth, develop strong customer relationships, and expand our footprint in Ahmedabad and surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell surgical products from Aesculap, Medtronic, and Steris to hospitals, surgeons, and biomedical engineers.

Meet sales targets and drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.

Develop relationships with key stakeholders: doctors, purchase departments, and hospital administrators.

Conduct product demonstrations, clinical support, and training sessions.

Manage post-sales service coordination and support.

Maintain accurate reports of daily visits, leads, and follow-ups.

Stay updated with product knowledge and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Graduate or post graduate required

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Willingness to travel within Ahmedabad and nearby areas.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
