Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Executive — ERP Sales, based in Pune. The role involves driving software sales, engaging in lead generation activities, conducting product demonstrations, and closing deals through consultative selling approaches. Key responsibilities include identifying potential clients, negotiating contracts, building relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in Software Sales and proficiency in selling technology-based solutions
• Proven skills in Lead Generation and Consultative Selling to identify and address client needs effectively
• Strong abilities in Sales and Contract Negotiation to close deals and build client relationships
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work independently in a target-driven environment
• Knowledge of ERP systems and familiarity with gated community management solutions is an advantage
• Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is preferred
