Role Overview As a Territory Sales Executive (ERP Sales) based in Pune for NoBrokerHood, your main responsibility will be driving software sales within the assigned territory. This includes engaging in lead generation activities, conducting product demonstrations, and closing deals through consultative selling approaches. Your role is crucial in identifying potential clients, negotiating contracts, and building strong relationships to achieve sales targets effectively. Key Responsibilities - Drive software sales and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory - Engage in lead generation activities to identify potential clients - Conduct product demonstrations and showcase the benefits of ERP solutions - Negotiate contracts and close deals through consultative selling approaches - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction Qualification Required - Experience in Software Sales and proficiency in selling technology-based solutions - Proven skills in Lead Generation and Consultative Selling to effectively address client needs - Strong abilities in Sales and Contract Negotiation to close deals and foster client relationships - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment and meet or exceed sales targets - Knowledge of ERP systems and familiarity with gated community management solutions is an advantage - Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is preferred,
