Job Description : Sales & Business Development Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for PVC Column Pipes. Identify and appoint new dealers, sub-dealers, and distributors in the territory. Develop business with borewell drillers, irrigation contractors, plumbers, and farmers. Promote company products at retail counters and project sites. Market Development Conduct regular market visits to expand brand presence. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and market trends. Generate demand through field promotions, demos, and farmer meets. Ensure proper visibility of products through boards, banners, and displays. Channel Management Maintain strong relationships with distributors and dealers. Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-up. Support dealers in secondary sales and stock rotation. Resolve channel partner issues related to supply, pricing, and claims. Reporting & Documentation Submit daily market visit reports and sales updates. Track sales performance and territory-wise growth. Maintain accurate customer and dealer records.
