Territory Sales Executive

Territory Sales Incharge (TSI) Industry: EdTech Experience: 1–2 years (EdTech sales preferred) Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field Location: Gondia, Bhandara, Sangamner Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Incharge (TSI) to manage sales activities and build strong relationships with teachers and schools in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have experience in EdTech sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for the education sector. Key Responsibilities Sales and Business Development Identify and acquire schools, teachers, and coaching institutes for digital education solutions. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for educators. Develop strategies to increase product adoption and usage. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with teachers, principals, and coaching owners. Resolve customer queries and provide ongoing post-sales support. Collect and share feedback to enhance product quality and user experience. Market Research and Territory Management Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients. Maintain accurate data in CRM systems and prepare regular sales reports. Key Requirements 1–2 years of sales experience (EdTech experience preferred). Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to influence and convince educators and school decision-makers. Basic understanding of EdTech platforms, LMS, and digital learning tools. Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel within the assigned territory. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and virtual meeting platforms.
