Job Title: Territory Executive – Mauritius

Industry: Pharmaceutical

Location: Mauritius


We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Territory Executive to join our pharmaceutical team in Mauritius. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products and a strong understanding of the healthcare market.


Candidate should be flexible to relocate to Mauritius without family.


Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and maintain positive and professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals within the assigned territory.

 Actively promote pharmaceutical products by organizing and participating in product presentations, seminars, and conferences.

 Stay updated on competitor products and market trends; provide timely feedback to the company regarding market needs and competitor activities.

 Strategize and plan sales activities to maximize product sales and meet or exceed sales targets.

 Regularly meet with listed doctors, ensuring visits are conducted according to company norms, and report outcomes accurately.

 Efficiently manage time and resources to cover the designated territory comprehensively.

 Maintain effective communication with internal teams regarding market insights and progress.

 Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards in pharmaceutical promotion.

 Demonstrate efficient driving skills to navigate the territory safely and punctually.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

 Achievement of sales targets within the assigned territory.

 Number and quality of doctor/pharmacist/hospital visits and engagements.

 Accuracy and timeliness of reporting market feedback and competitor information.

 Effective territory coverage and time management.


Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors of Pharmaceutical and related fields

 In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Strong ability to plan, strategize, and execute sales activities.

 Self-motivated with a strong customer service orientation.

 Willingness to relocate individually to Mauritius.

 Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales
