Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Manager located in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. The Territory Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales and distribution of educational books within the assigned territory. Daily tasks include managing sales teams, developing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining relationships with educational institutions, gathering market and customer insights, providing feedback to publishing teams, and identifying potential authors. The Territory Manager will also ensure alignment with company goals and contribute to regional growth and market presence.

• Experience in managing sales teams
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Familiarity with the educational publishing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
