Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Manager based in Delhi, India. The Territory Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets in the assigned territory. Day-to-day responsibilities will include managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, meeting healthcare professionals to promote products, executing sales initiatives, and ensuring proper distribution of products. The role also involves staying updated on market conditions and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.


Qualifications

  • Knowledge of sales techniques, market analysis, and business development
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills to effectively interact with healthcare professionals and stakeholders
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical products, therapeutic areas, and medical terminology
  • Competence in planning, organization, and time management to meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in using sales tools, reporting systems, and market research
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or territory management is preferred
