Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Territory Manager located in Nagpur. The Assistant Territory Manager will be responsible for managing the sales and distribution of educational books within the assigned territory. Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, visiting schools and institutions, building relationships with educators, collecting feedback, and identifying potential authors. The role also involves coordinating with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and expanding the distribution network.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to build and maintain relationships with educators and institutions
Basic understanding of educational content and school curriculums
Proficiency in regional languages and English is an advantage
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
