This position is responsible for supporting the growth of EIZO’s customer base through Product Knowledge, lead generation and follow sales cycles that provide a prospect stream for Regional Sales Managers. This position is paid base salary plus commissions with exciting career growth opportunities in sales & marketing.
This is a full time and on-site role for a Regional Manager at EIZO India located in Mumbai. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operations and business activities within the region, managing a team, developing, and implementing strategic plans and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Regional Manager will also be responsible for sales and marketing activities, maintaining relationships with key clients, and analyzing. This role demands a strong understanding of the healthcare market, excellent sales acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand EIZO's presence in the healthcare market.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers.
· Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
· Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products and solutions.
· Develop in-depth knowledge of EIZO's healthcare products and solutions.
· Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
· Actively engaged in field sales activities, including customer visits and demonstrations.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within the healthcare industry.
· Create and maintain a detailed sales roadmap outlining short-term and long-term goals, milestones, and deliverables.
· Align sales activities with overall business objectives and market trends.
· Monitor progress against the roadmap, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure successful execution.
· Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
· Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and improve overall performance.
· Prepare detailed sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
With a 3 to 5 years of work experience in Healthcare equipments. MBA an added advantage.
