Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Territory Manager. The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the territory assigned, achieving sales targets, and building sustainable client relationships. Daily tasks include overseeing sales activities, training and supporting insurance consultants, and conducting market research to identify new business opportunities. The Territory Manager will also ensure compliance with company policies, complete accurate sales reports, and coordinate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales, Business Development, and Market Research skills
• Experience in Client Relationship Management, Team Leadership, and Training
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
