Job Description

Job Title: Territory Manager

Location:

Role Summary:

Responsible for managing installation, fault repair activation, and driving product pitches to meet service level agreements (SLAs) within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure timely resolution of service requests and maintain SLAs.
Identify network rehabilitation opportunities and optimize installation/fault repair processes.
Manage quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Coordinate with local cable operators (LCOs), cross-functional teams, and customers.
Monitor and report team productivity via Airtel’s work platform.
Drive reduction in repeat service requests and escalations.
Lead and support a third-party workforce (30-35 members indirectly).

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate/Postgraduate, preferably B.Tech.
3+ years of relevant experience.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong product and geographical knowledge.
Analytical mindset with customer obsession.
