Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Should manage the portfolio for Gold Loan/financial business within its territory.
Leading a team of Branch Managers to ensure business growth.
Identifying & taking initiatives for launching new branches across the assigned territory.
Should be able to generate revenue and ensure overall business growth
Guiding and motivating subordinates in achieving their goals
Ensure Gold Loans SOP followed and inculcated across branches
Training the sales team on all the financial activities, SOPs, new schemes etc from time to time.
Maintaining quality of the business by tracking & controlling the team, ensure zero audit compliance.
Coaching & mentoring employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate/post graduate with 5-10 years of experience including min 6 years of relevant experience & has dealt with gold loans/financial activities.
Proven experience in Gold Loan/financial services business management
Should be ready to travel extensively.
Should possess excellent Networking Skills and Communication skills.
Should be able to handle 10-15 branches within its territory.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Remuneration is best in the industry
