Territory Lead / Sales Engineer – North Region (Instrumentation)

Experience: 2–9 Years
Location: Delhi (North Region)
Salary: 4–10 LPA (Based on experience & interview performance)

Job Overview

We are hiring a proactive and technically strong Territory Lead / Sales Engineer to drive sales of instrumentation products (Temperature, Humidity, Data Loggers, Cleanroom Instruments, etc.) across the North Region. The role requires strong technical understanding, client handling experience, and the ability to achieve sales targets through product demos, technical discussions, and key account management. Candidates must be willing to travel 15–20 days per month.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets by promoting instrumentation products across Pharma, HVAC/R, OEM, Industrial, Thermal Imaging, and related sectors.
  • Conduct product demos, trials, technical discussions, and prepare proposals.
  • Build, manage, and retain key customer relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Understand client requirements related to measurement parameters (temperature, humidity, data logging, cleanroom compliance) and provide suitable solutions.
  • Provide technical support and clarify product functionality as per industry norms and pharma guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation: sales reports, forecasts, order tracking, and customer communication.
  • Travel extensively across the North Region for client meetings, demos, and closures.

Skills & Knowledge Required

  • 2–9 years of field sales experience in instrumentation, temperature/humidity measurement, sensors, or related domains.
  • Experience selling to Pharma, HVAC/R, Manufacturing, or Industrial clients preferred.
  • Strong influencing, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of temperature/humidity instruments, data loggers, cleanroom instrumentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with heavy travel (approx. 80%).

Work Conditions

  • Extensive travel across the North Region (Delhi + neighboring states).
  • Field-sales role involving client visits, demos, and technical discussions.
