Territory Collection Manager

As a Collection Manager for the Secured Loan portfolio in your assigned territory, your responsibilities will include: - Managing collection activities for various types of loans such as Loan Against Property, Home Loans, and Business Loans. - Leading and supervising a team of Collection Executives/Agencies to ensure the timely recovery of overdue accounts. - Ensuring bucket-wise collection efficiency, especially focusing on accounts with 0-30, 30-60, and 60-90 Days Past Due (DPD). - Regularly tracking and reporting collection Management Information System (MIS) and performance metrics. - Ensuring strict adherence to Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and company compliance guidelines during the recovery process. - Handling field visits for high-value and critical delinquent accounts. - Building strong coordination with legal, credit, and sales teams to facilitate effective resolution of collection issues. - Monitoring collection agencies, ensuring timely allocation of cases, and evaluating agency performance. - Handling escalations and ensuring a customer-centric approach to recovery. - Minimizing Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) by implementing strict follow-up procedures and legal actions when necessary.
