Territory Collection Manager

Role Overview As a Territory Collection Manager at TVS Credit Services Ltd., located in Gonda, you will be responsible for overseeing the collection process in your assigned territory. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing a team of collection agents, devising and implementing strategies to improve collection rates, analyzing collection data, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. You will also handle customer queries and disputes, work towards minimizing overdue accounts, and facilitate recovery processes.
