As a Territory Sales Executive at Abbott, your role involves analyzing data and conducting market research to prepare a working plan for your territory. Your key responsibilities include: - Following up, monitoring, and achieving targets set for the territory - Implementing and executing all strategies effectively - Engaging with stakeholders such as doctors, stockists, retailers, chemists, and institutional pharmacies - Maintaining discipline and punctuality in meeting set timelines for internal processes - Utilizing basic computer skills including working with Excel, Word, and email exchanges - Demonstrating a fast learning ability and adaptability to changes in the market - Exhibiting strong verbal communication skills in English and the local language - Delivering effective in-clinic performance - Possessing a basic understanding of anatomy, physiology, and the product portfolio to effectively communicate with customers - Organizing camps (CME) as per the division strategy and customer needs - Conducting prescription audits for Abbott brands and competitors' brands - Generating Purchase Orders (POBs) for Abbott brands as per the business plan In addition to the above responsibilities, Abbott is a global healthcare leader with a diverse portfolio of life-changing technologies in diagnostics, medical devices, nutritionals, and branded generic medicines.
