Your primary responsibility will be to achieve monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly sales targets by ethically promoting the company's products to customers in alignment with the business plan. Additionally, you will ensure the average number of Doctor/Customer calls as per the customer management plan of the division. In this role, you will be required to organize camps (CME) based on the division strategy and customer needs. You will also facilitate the successful launch of new products and maintain an updated customer list according to the therapy and product portfolio of the division. It is essential to ensure iPad adoption and adherence to CLM calls as per division norms. Brand management will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, including conducting prescription audits for Abbott brands and competitors" brands. You will be expected to generate POBs for Abbott brands in accordance with the business plan. To be successful in this role, you should have a BSc/B.Pharm or any graduate degree along with a minimum of 2 years of prior experience as a Medical Representative. Candidates with previous or current experience in the same therapy area will be preferred. Those with a background in MNCs or top Indian Pharma companies will have an added advantage. Strong communication skills and confidence in interactions are highly valued qualities for this position.,
