Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tendering Specialist located in Noida. The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire tendering process, including the review and analysis of tender documents. This role involves the preparation and submission of tenders, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and coordination with the procurement and technical teams. Additionally, effective communication with stakeholders and continuous monitoring of issued tenders and market opportunities are key tasks for this position.

• Proficiency in Tender Management and Proposal Writing
• Strong Analytical and Procurement Skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Experience in the media or communications industry is an advantage
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience in 360 degree media houses
