Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Tendering Engineer to join our team, focusing on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects, specifically plumbing, fire fighting, and electricals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting tenders, proposals, and bids for MEP projects, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and submit tenders, proposals, and bids for MEP projects

- Analyze tender documents, including scope of work, specifications, and drawings

- Study and refer tender drawings, including layout plans, schematics, and diagrams

- Estimate costs, prepare bills of quantities, and determine project timelines

- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate tender submissions

- Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and identify potential risks

- Develop and implement tender strategies to ensure competitiveness

- Review and respond to client queries and clarifications

- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for quotations and inputs

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
