Tendering Officer

POSITION OVERVIEW

Golchha Construction is seeking a detail-oriented Tendering Officer to support the identification, preparation, and submission of bids. The role involves working under supervision and assisting in day-to-day operational and compliance-related activities of the office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Tender Preparation: Compile and enter data for technical and financial bids
• Portal Management: Handle online submissions on e-procurement portals (GeM, State, CPWD, or PSU portals) and manage digital signatures
• Reporting: Create and manage Excel reports using filters, sorting, and pivot tables to track bid status
• Liaison: Represent the office at local government offices for tender compliance and document submission
• Travel: Occasional outstation travel 1-2 times per month for site visits or bid openings
• Flexible Hours: Open to occasional late working hours in case of tender deadlines

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering with proficiency in estimation and planning of work in Excel

Experience:

• Minimum 13 years in tendering for construction infrastructure projects

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with e-procurement portals
• Strong documentation skills in MS Word and Excel
• Understanding of tender eligibility criteria and bid processes
• Working knowledge of English and Hindi
• High attention to detail and strict discipline regarding deadlines

WORK TIMINGS: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Full-time position

Salary: Rs. 15,000 - 25,000 per month (negotiable)
